A truck/bus water-heated parking heater is a heating device independent of the vehicle’s engine. It heats the coolant to provide interior heating and engine preheating. The following is a description:
Operating Principle
After starting, a metering pump delivers fuel from the fuel tank to the preheating system. The glow plugs ignite and draw in ambient air. The fuel is atomized by the glow plugs, and the fuel-air mixture ignites. The heat generated by the combustion heats the coolant in the heat exchanger. Driven by a circulating water pump, the coolant circulates throughout the piping system, transferring heat to the radiator, defroster, and other components within the vehicle, providing interior heating and also preheating the engine.
Main Functions
Interior Heating: Heats the engine’s circulating medium—the antifreeze—and dissipates the heat through the radiator to the interior, providing a warm environment for the driver and passengers and also defrosting the windshield.

Using a car in cold winter weather often causes significant impacts due to fluctuating temperatures. Cold starts can be difficult in temperatures between -10°C and -15°C, which increases engine wear and reduces engine life. In temperatures between -30°C and -40°C, a car may experience misfires.
Simply flip the water-heated parking heater switch briefly and wait 10-15 minutes for the water temperature to reach 80°C. The car starts, and the cab becomes heated. It heats quickly and maintains a constant temperature.
